Employee wellness meditation

A one-off session feels good for a day. A recurring practice changes how a team handles pressure. This is the version of the work that is built to repeat.

At a glance

Weekly or monthly: A standing slot the team can plan around.

30 or 60 minutes: Short enough to survive a busy quarter.

Hybrid friendly: Onsite, online, or alternating between both.

Measured simply: Attendance and honest feedback, not vanity metrics.

How a program is structured

Most programs start with a 60-minute introductory workshop so everyone shares a baseline, then settle into a shorter recurring session. Each one is self-contained, so people who miss a week are never behind.

Themes follow what the team is actually dealing with: workload, focus, difficult conversations, sleep, and the stretch before a launch or a quarter close.

Fitting an existing wellness budget

Sessions are quoted per session, generally $100 to $1000 CAD, which usually maps cleanly onto an existing wellness or L&D line rather than requiring a new one. Invoicing is straightforward and per engagement.

Questions people ask

What does an employee wellness meditation program include? An introductory workshop followed by recurring 30 or 60 minute sessions, delivered onsite in Toronto and the GTA or live online, with themes shaped around what the team is currently dealing with.

How often should sessions run? Weekly works best for building a habit, monthly works when calendars are tight. Both are available.

Is attendance mandatory? It should not be. Voluntary attendance with a consistent slot produces a far better room than a mandated one.
