Kayshi Meditations — guided meditation in Toronto and the GTA

Kayshi Meditations is a Toronto-based guided meditation practice led by Kayzad. It exists for one reason: to help people meet themselves honestly, without spiritual jargon or performance.

Sessions are donation-based and beginner-friendly. You can practise for free with the guided meditations on this site and on the Kayshi Meditations YouTube channel, work 1-on-1 online over Zoom from anywhere in Ontario, or bring corporate meditation training to your team across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

What is guided meditation?

Guided meditation is simply meditation with a voice leading you. Instead of sitting in silence wondering if you are doing it right, you listen to a guide who offers directions, reminders, and a steady presence. The guide is not there to control your experience, but to make it easier for you to notice what is already happening inside.

At Kayshi Meditations, every session is built around the same idea: meet yourself where you are. That might mean starting with a guided meditation for calm, taking the Find Yourself quiz to find a practice that fits your current state, or sitting down for a personal 1-on-1 online meditation session from anywhere in Ontario.

The goal is not to become a perfect meditator. It is to become a little more aware, a little less reactive, and a little more at home in yourself. That is enough.

How to begin

Start with a free guided meditation for calm, sleep, anxiety, clarity, or stress. Take the short Find Yourself quiz to see which practice fits where you are right now. When you want something more personal, a 1-on-1 session goes deeper.

Common questions about Kayshi

Do I need experience? No experience is needed. Kayshi Meditations is designed for complete beginners, people who tried apps and stopped, and experienced practitioners who want a human guide rather than a recording.

Are the sessions really donation-based? Yes. Personal 1-on-1 sessions are donation-based so cost is never the reason someone does not begin. You give what feels right, and nothing if you cannot.

Do you offer in-person or corporate meditation sessions in Toronto? Right now, 1-on-1 sessions are online over Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in Ontario. For teams, Kayshi offers corporate meditation training across Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, and Richmond Hill, delivered online or on-site at your office.

What style of meditation is taught? The approach is plain-spoken and practical: attention, breath, and an honest look at what is already here. No incense, no belief system, and no performance of calm.

Where can I find free guided meditations? Free guided meditations are available on the Meditate page, including the 22-minute A Breath of Calm practice on YouTube. You can also take the Find Yourself quiz to get a recommendation based on how you feel right now.
